The Pegasus Memorial celebrated its 25th anniversary on June 5, 2025 and is preparing to undergo another transformation as it plans to completely renovate its current building dedicated to the permanent exhibition, create a new reception pavilion also housing the offices and renovate its outdoor park with a goal of reopening the whole thing at the end of May 2027.
It is launching a consultation on works which concerns the following projects:
- The construction of the new reception building and its technical interfaces
- The renovation and resumption of the current exhibition building and its technical interfaces
- Occasional landscaping of the site and roadworks
- The creation of a wastewater treatment plant
The 20 lots are divided into two macro-lots (2 and 16) and separate lots as follows:

Deadline for receipt of initial offers for lots 1 to 19 excluding lot 14B wastewater treatment plant: November 24, 2025 at 12 p.m.

Please note that some lots require a site visit with a mandatory visit certificate. These are lots No. 01, No. 02, No. 03, No. 11, No. 14A, No. 14B and No. 15.
It is strongly recommended for other lots but is not mandatory.
