Raymond Triboulet
A visionary man
Mandate from 1945 to 1999
Founder and president of the D-Day Landing Committee since 1945, he established memorial tourism in Normandy. Having initiated the Signals Monuments and worked for the D-Day Landing Museum, his accomplishments are countless.

Admiral Christian Brac de la Perrière
A man of initiative
Mandate from 1999 to 2015
Succeeding Raymond Triboulet, the Admiral made his mark through his involvement in the construction of the Pegasus Memorial and also in the creation of the children's ceremony. He was also President of the Normandy Memory Association.

Jean-Marc Lefranc
A determined man
Mandate from 2015 to 2021
Relying on Admiral Christian Brac de la Perrière, Jean-Marc Lefranc, former mayor and MP, wanted to modernise the committee, notably through an initiative focused on the creation of more than 800 kakemonos, portraits of veterans of the landing, but also a renewal of the committee's means of communication.
